Ticket Prices
Single place: £195 (+ £34.12 Vat) = £229.12
Table for 10: £1,850 (+ £323.75 Vat) = £2,173.75
Table for 12: £2,200 (+ £385.00 Vat) = £2,585.00
The ticket price includes the pre-dinner cocktail and champagne reception, four-course dinner and entertainment. Wine lists (with prices) will be sent to you in advance for you to order wines and other beverages to be served during the meal.
An early-bird discount of £100 per table is available to all companies booking a table before 30 September 2008.

Booking confirmation
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and you are encouraged to book tickets early to avoid disappointment.
Cancellations
Cancellations received before midday on Friday 17 October 2008 will be subject to a 20% administration fee. CIA regrets that there can be no refund after this date.
In exceptional circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to change the programme without notice.
